Refund policy
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. To assess the situation, you will need to send pictures or videos demonstrating the problem. In these cases, we will resend the product at no additional cost.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If the order is lost during the shipping process, we will reship it at no additional cost.
If the loss is due to the customer entering an incorrect address, refunds and additional free shipping will not be possible.
RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
We do not exchange the chosen size, the wrong color, or colors that do not fit the body. We provide a measurement chart to assist customers before purchasing.
If you receive a product that is proven to be defective or different from the one purchased (e.g., the wrong color, model, or size), the store will send another product at no additional cost. The store is responsible for the costs of resending the correct product.
In this case, the customer will not be required to return the product if it is proven (by submitting photos and videos to the store within 7 days of receipt) to be defective or exchanged.
Refund Timeframe:
Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 30 to 90 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
